Some people are like that. The seminary president here is one; by the
end of the day, you can't hardly write fast enough to take decent notes.
I know, I had him as an instructor for part of my first class when we
started. That class ended at 9 pm; Steve had him for a 3 hour class that
went from 3:30-6:30 pm the same day.

Search hard enough and most anything will turn up there.

OK, I thought you made them. I'll look at them at TJ's and decide if I
want to buy them or take the time to do my own. I was thinking of doing
individual turkey pot pies for supper but decided to use up some odds
and ends I had in the fridge. Those, with a just bought bag of spinach,
went into bebimbap. First time I've made it but Steve said the recipe
(from newest Cooking Light) is a keeper.

I did a one egg scramble today because I had some browned mashed
potatoes to go with it. Didn't bother to take the time to cook grits so
had a banana, large (10 oz) orange juice & British blend hot tea to go
with it. Potatoes were maybe about 1/3 cup, left over from a couple of
nights ago--not worth making into potato cakes but not worth tossing out
either.

Air conditioning is a big help times like that, especially if the
filters are kept clean.
