Don't know that I've ever
seen "microwaveable" pans
in the stupidmarket...of 
course the fact that I have 
not looked for them may be
part of the reason! I just 
heat mine up in the oven.

Funny thing, I used to do pretty much
the same vent cut myself! Lines were
wavy though and not particularly parallel.

If we end up needing to replace our 
furnace anytime in the future it will
probably be with a heatpump/AC unit. 
But until then we'll survive on what 
we have currently.
