I'm with you on that!  It would be nice to have
some disposable income that we could just fling
to the winds and take a trip or cruise or somesuch,
but at this late stage of the game it's not likely
that is going to happen...specially since I have 
a tendency to forget to BUY lotto tickets thus
ensuring that I'll not win (Grin). But I would never
want to give up my anonymity. It's nice to be
able to walk down a street, any street, and
know that you're not going to be mobbed by 
anyone just because of "who" you are.

-> 1/8 tsp  dry mustard
-> 1/8 tsp  brown sugar
-> 1        pinch of oregano

-> In a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown the beef, pork and onions
-> in hot Wesson oil.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Add remaining
-> ingredients.   Stir well.   Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hours, until
-> meat is tender and chili is thick and bubbly.  Stir occasionally.

Not a bad chili, a lot like mine but if 
I were making it in a competition I'd 
dump the wesson and use lard, and the 
diced green chilies would be increased as 
well. I'd use stock rather than a boullion
cube too!
