Go ahead. I normally do wear green but make it a point not to on March
17. I've done so for quite a few years; used to really irk the young
folks around me.

So I'll not use them and figure out some other way to make mini quiches

Not really, just make the 2 lines converge more at the top.

Our girls were exposed from almost the time they were born. They really
learned to appreciate it from listening to PDQ Bach.

Steve was still active duty at the time, not knowing where we would go
to school afterward. Doubt we'll be moving back to eastern NC, but, you
never know.

BTW, went back to the new bbq place for supper tonight now that they're
properly open. Ribs are St. Louis style dry rub, not Memphis. Steve had
a half rack with pinto beans and fries; I had pulled pork with potato
salad (mustard in the dressing, eggs, potatoes, celery & mayo) and
(green) cole slaw--light dressing with celery seed & mayo. Ribs were
just a bit drier than the other night but had a well defined smoke ring,
still lots of flavor. Pulled pork was really good; I put a fair squeeze
of Lexington style red bbq sauce on it. (We split our meats.) We ended
up taking about half of our meats home, plus some slaw for me and beans
for Steve. It'll make a good supper tomorrow night.
