I know years ago I posted recipes containing Shreddies.  Shreddies is a
breakfast
cereal sold in the UK, Canada, NZ and Germany.  This cereal is produced by post
and general mills.  Info can be found in Wikipedia and on the post cereal
website.


MMMMM----- Now You're Cooking! v5.87 [Meal-Master Export Format]

      Title: Nuts And Fluff
 Categories: 
      Yield: 1

      6 c  popped corn; 1/2 cup 
           -unpopped corn
      6 c  shreddies
      1 c  unsalted peanuts
    1/2 c  butter
    1/2 c  smooth peanut butter
      1 pk 250 large marshmallows

Toss together popped corn, cereal, and peanuts.  Set aside. Melt butter and
peanut butter in large microwavable bowl on medium high for 1 minute.  Add
marshmallows and microwave 1 minute longer or until marshmallows puff.
Stir in cereal until well coated.  Pour into two greased 15 x 10 inch pans.
Bake at 250.  Cool 10 minutes.  Break into small piece and store in an
airtight container.  Make 16 cups.  Note I will use an unsalted cash chew
or another  unsalted nut instead of peanuts.

      Title: Pecan Cluster Crunch

      4 c  shreddies cereal
      1 c  coarsely chopped pecans
      2 ts cinnamon
    1/2 c  packed brown sugar
    1/4 c  butter
    1/4 c  corn syrup
    1/4 ts baking soda

Mix cereal, nuts and cinnamon in large mixing bowl and set aside.  Mix
brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in medium saucepan and bring to a boil
over medium heat. Stir constantly. Without stirring boil 2 minutes.  Stir
in baking soda.  Pour over cereal mixture and stir until pieces are coated.
Spread evenly on lightly greased baking sheet.  Bake at 250 for 30 to 35
minutes stirring occasionally. Cool and store in an airtight container.
