Yeah I was serious and your statements above seem to lead some
crediblity to what I believe. Not everyone tastes the same thing the
same way and that when one does do the heat frequently, it becomes much
more tolerable. Same as a coffee drinker or tea drinker can drink hot
things and it does not feel hot to them. Others like myself could drink
something that seems hot to me but is called luke warm at best by a seasoned
hot drink drinker.

 This sounds interesting, I'd like to try this.. What kind of peppers
 would you suggest for someone who likes it on the not too hot side of
 things?

Potato Pepper Stir Fry side dish


A quick side dish made with potatoes and pepper is used for spicyness.
This can be served with Rice and Dhal / Rasam.

Ingredients :

    Potatoes : 5 Nos.
        Pepper powder : 1 tsp
            Garlic : 1 tsp crushed / powdered
                Oil : 1 tbsp
                    Salt to taste


Method of Preparation :

    Heat oil in a pan and add potatoes thats chopped into medium cubes.
        Add salt and close with a lid
            Keep stirring till the potatoes is almost done.
                Add Pepper powder and Garlic. Adjust salt and remove
                when potatoes are still firm but cooked.



Note : Remove the potatoes when they are firm, dont over cook.
