Ärende: Going 'sploring

Hi Hap,

We never got to the half of them. Our budget was geared to the lower
priced stuff then; both girls were still home. Still, we could get good
strawberry slushies at eegees--and did from time to time. We also hit
the Yokahama Rice Bowl as a quick/easy way to get an inexpensive Asian
type meal. Went back a few years later; they weren't as good as we
remembered. Part of it was, we'd just moved back to the mainland from HI
and had gotten spoiled on good, cheap Asian there. (G)

Hard to see your parents aging, isn't it? I know, I've been dealing with
it a lot the past few years.

I know the feeling. My mom hasn't driven in years & won't renew her
license next time it's due. Dad mostly drives around town, sometimes as
far as Kingston or Oneonta (both an hour away) but for anything longer,
someone else drives. Honestly, tho, I would rather have Steve do the
driving if we go out with them (and he does, much to my relief).

As well as other parts of the body. She's still recovering from all that
was thrown at her last year so she needs the rest.

What about busses or trolleys?
