Talked to my folks a few minutes ago; don't know if they will get a new
pole put in or just give up on feeding the birds and bears.

I think my dad wouldn't mind doing one of all his grand kids and great
grand kids but doubt he'll ever get the opportunity.

I like it baked into cookies, gingerbread, that kind of stuff but not as
a sweetener for my tea.

There weren't too many "round eyes" in this place either. We knew what
some of the condiments were but had to ask on others. One was little
tiny anchovies fried in oil--a bit strong for me. A couple of kim chees
(cabbage & cucumber), a daikon pickle, some good, others not so great
but a good meal overall.
