When they first signed him I thought
"match made in hell"...and it looks like
I'm gonna be right on the money with this 
one...Bobby can't manage to keep his mouth
shut long enough to find out how to manage
the Sox...and the fans can't stand having
a Yankee leading the Sox down the primrose
path so to speak. At least with the M's we
have an excuse of sorts...most of our starting
nine have not yet had a full season in the 
majors under their belts. I think we only
have a few players on the team who are over
twenty five!

I can still manage to pull an all
nighter fairly easily...but that's
because my body still "remembers" 
working all during the night hours.

Been there, dealt with that and know
you are correct. Still that's a hard
pill to swallow emotionally even when
you recognize it logiically.

It is considered one of the most significant
collections outside of the Orient (I'm told)
and it has a huge amount that is not "on
display" (which always makes me mad)
 
-> You know who has a surprisingly wonderful museum? Kansas
-> City. I think it's called Nelson-Atkins, and it has one
-> of the top 5 Asian collections in the country - though
-> unfortunately only a couple rooms of stuff is on display.

The Currier? I've always wanted to go
there, they have a good collection of
O'Keefe and Sargent and Wyeths, and of
course I love Calder's mobiles.

All in all I like our area's museum
resources..both Tacoma and Seattle
and the U of Washington has a good
one as well (the Burke).
