Oh HO!  The penny drops!  Single, cute (if one likes them well-aged) and
with an intriguing accent.

We had some of those policemen around here too during Prohibition. The rest

It's allowed pretty much everywhere in the US, as long as it's for personal
consumption.  The laws for stuff that's distributed vary widely.
