I strongly suspect they do have kosher MOW for those that request them
since you do have a good sized Jewish population. If it were only 2 or 3
of say 100 meals delivered, it would be less likely to have kosher.
About the only way to do that is to have several days worth of the same
meal prepared, say of 2 meals and alternate days of serving them.

Probably not since it's the generation raised on "white is good" idea
and that's how they cooked as well.  Whole grains were for "those hippie
folks." (G)

Some are safe for limited oven heating--short time, low temperature, one
use only.  We get Chinese take out in them and I reuse them with no
problem in the microwave.

If you didn't get a microwave until you were fairly well along in years,
it could be intimidating.  Also, if your eyes aren't good enough to read
the numbers clearly, it could be a challenge.  Some seniors don't
understand how it works either and could have gotten burned by some
super heated food.  That would make them wary of the nuker.

I doubt it, too many other issues involved. But, if we can share
something like that from time to time, it broadens her knowledge of
other cultures foods.
