That's what search engines are all about. Type the model
number, manufacturer, and "reviews" into Google or whatever
you like, and the info comes. It may not all be reliable
or even 100% true, but you can at least get an idea of what
people think of the appliance you are looking at.

Of course they can, but Annie isn't in the habit of doing
so. Spoiled, she is, and she prevents spoiled food by not
keeping leftovers, much less storing it.

Her mother did not cook much, and when she cooked at all,
the food was so nasty as to be worthy of throwing out while
still fresh. The doctor parent used to make his main meal
at the hospital caf, so he didn't have to eat much of the
swill that went on the table. Plus they ate out a lot.
So she never learned to economize and refuses to do so;
though her cooking is way better than her upbringing
accounts for, her money management isn't.

Preacher's delight
cat: main, not dessert
servings: 6 to 8

12 oz pk egg noodles
salt
1 Tb vegetable oil
1 onion, minced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 1/2 lb lean ground beef
30 oz tomato sauce
1 Tb sugar
1/2 ts black pepper
8 oz pk cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c sour cream
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Adjust oven rack to middle position; heat oven to 350F.
Grease 13x9" baking dish; set aside. Bring 4 qt water
to boil in large Dutch oven. Add noodles and 1 Tb salt;
cook, stirring often, until just shy of al dente. [M
says until half cooked, but then he's not a preacher
nor related to one.] Drain noodles; set aside.

Wipe pot dry. Add oil to pot; return to medium heat
until shimmering. Add onion and bell pepper; cook,
stirring occasionally, until softened (5-7 min). Add
beef; increase heat to medium high and cook, breaking
up any large clumps with a wooden spoon, until no
longer pink (about 5 min). Stir in tomato sauce, sugar,
1 ts salt, and pepper. Bring to simmer; set aside off
heat. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together in a
bowl. Spread half of meat sauce over bottom of prepared
baking dish. Scatter noodles over sauce in an even
layer. Drop dollops of cream cheese mixture on top of
noodles; spread mixture into even thickness. Spoon
remaining meat sauce over cream cheese mixture,
sprinkle evenly with cheese.

Place baking dish on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet;
bake until sauce is bubbling and top starts to brown,
25-30 min. Cool 10 min before serving.
