Take a look at the recipe Michael posted; that's the one we use. I got
it from Michael years ago, nothing has changed. (G) If you still have
any, and it's Eoin safe, let him try it.

Soounds good to me. I've got some pulled pork and kalua pork in our
freezer.

We've got a Wednesday 4-7 market as well but it's been rained out
several times. It's a bit smaller than the Saturday market (same
location) which is the one I usually go to.

Sounds good but I'd have to watch the carbs from the potatoes.

Any chance a chutney like mango can be subbed? I'm not a fan of coconut
but do like the mango (What did you think of the jar I sent up for the
picnic?) chutney. It goes well with chicken and pork.
