Just giving you a hard time. I don't keep kosher but am familiar with
the basics of it. I associate knishes with Jewish foods so the combining
og meat & dairy caught me by surprise.

At one time there was good reason for some of the laws; not as much now
with the advent of refrigeration, etc.

I don't like raw or rare fish; like my pork cooked but not over done and
dried out. Poultry should be the same but beef I'll eat cooked medium. I
do not want the cow mooing back at me nor do I want shoe leather.

OK, you win; you have less. But I use the top of my freezer as either
temporary storage or a laundry folding place.
