I have (according to the tax man) 540 sq.ft. Not especially well laid out. If I
ever hit the Lottery (yeah, right. Like that's gonna happen) I will build a
house with this HUGE kitchen at the centre and everything else leading off the
kitchen. But, that remains a dream and we must deal with life as she is dealt.

I find myself, when taking something from the freezer, wondering "what can I
put in that space?"  Bv)=

      Title: Orange Freeze
 Categories: Desserts, Citrus, Dairy
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 c  Milk
      6 oz Can orange juice
           - concentrate
    1/2 c  Half-and-half
    1/2 c  Powdered sugar
    1/4 c  Water
      1 ts Vanilla extract
     14    Ice cubes
 
  This delicious citrus beverage is as refreshing as it is
  easy to make.
  
  Try substituting lime or another frozen juice concentrate
  instead of the orange called for in the recipe.
  
  Blend milk, orange juice concentrate, half-and-half,
  powdered sugar, water, vanilla, and ice cubes in a blender
  until smooth. Serve drink immediately.
  
  Makes: 4 servings (about 4 cups)

  UDD Note: This will serve until we get an Orange Julius
  in town. Pretty good - especially with lime.
