Depends somewhat on exactly which antibiotics (the newer high-powered
ones, one has to wait until totally done with them before restoring the
good fauna)...  To avoid canceling each other out, we'd have the yogurt
between dosing times.  She, especially, tended to get gut problems from
the antibiotics almost immediately otherwise...  Same idea as staggering
when one takes drugs that interact with each other, but you need them
both...  If one doesn't really have the side effects with the antibiotic
until near the end of the therapy, one can wait on the yogurt until near
the end, or afterwards...
