Certainly a different idea of what a proper meal is... :)  I guess she
was thinking Sunday dinner feast, not basic meal.  She reminds me of a
friend of mine, in her tendency to overbuy, as well as her reluctance
to save leftovers for later... my friend, however, is of limited means,
which makes things worse...

Hopefully the leftovers, especially the mushrooms and chops, were
savored later...  :)
