I'm trying to keep activities at a decent level. I did all the dishes
tonight but in 2 shifts--before and after talking to Rachel & family on
skype. Most of it was little stuff anyway, not that heavy or awkward to
clean.

Have to work on it, guess coconut oil or aloe vera would work well.

I'd never had pepper vinegar or collards (Mom didn't fix spinach that
much, didn't do other greens at all.) before coming to NC to visit Steve
(We made the engagement official then.) over Thanksgiving of 1974. Now I
eat the greens a lot, and usually with pepper vinegar. Tonight tho, the
greens were in the form of Romaine lettuce and a caesar salad with home
made dressing. It was the side to a thin spelt crust pizza (red sauce,
bit of browned ground beef, shitake mushrooms and provelone cheese. We
baked it on the George Foreman grill so clean up was easy, once the
plates cooled.
