The rice wrappers are very thin, so wouldn't have that much.  The
congee, on the other hand, would be more like a full carb portion... it
isn't usually available except on Sundays, so not likely to really be a
temptation if we did go with you...

Right.  :)   And it can be another one on the list, especially if we
still haven't had the chance to give it a try.  :)

You'd definitely need to take a tiny taste to try it.  And you might
indeed like it... it isn't like most ways of fixing it, and quite tasty.
