Today's baked goods tend to have a high level of the "bad" fats that are
reputed to cause all sorts of problems...  True, meat fat is generally
saturated and thus also looked down on, but I'd guess that it is better
suited to most metabolisms than the hydrogenated sort...

What fun... ;)  Don't envy you the cramped, but the rest does sound like
a lovely adventure, probably worth the price...  :)

Just need an amiable Japanese guide for the exhibits, and then enjoy the

In a FOOD context, of course...  ;)  I'd already figured out it couldn't
refer to my favorite hobby/addiction...  :)
