But knowing the carb count on a full sheet will help me figure it for a
portion of the sheet. I might check it out on the one app my phone has;
it gives carbs per 100 grams of the food item in question.

I did that at the Korean place we went to, just have to mention wrist
problems and they undertand.

Altho I understand it can be quite pungent in and of itself.

We need to find a place for them, my brother probably knows what's
available in the area. Talked with Dad last Saturday night; he brought
up the suggestion that he's now thinking of a nursing home for Mom. His
thought, tho, if he did, it would kill her. Might do her a world of good
and right now it's killing him to do all he is doing. Plus, having Mom
still in the house, she is a hazard to both of them. He has aged so much
since Mom broke her hip, more so since she came home from the hospital.
He's her primary caregiver and it's really taking a toll on him.
