I don't pay a lot of attention to carbs ... but, then I do quite a bit of
protein and not a lot of breads, potatoes, etc. The "low carb bread" just
sort-of caught my attention and made me react about as you did.

It would be handier if I could import an ingredients list or cut and paste.
But, it is what it is and I am still looking at other web sites for those rare
occasions where I want/need an analysis.

I've looked a some recipe bases that do nutritional analysis but always dumped
them for one reason or another. Meal Master is pretty much my default ... I am
used to it, it's pretty easy to use and it's fairly rigid in its requirements
.. so there are few surprises.  Bv)=

I dunno what my Birdie Day dinner contained in calories - 4 devilled eggs, some
dark meat turkey, a small slice of ham, 1 scoop of oyster dressing, 1 scoop of
green bean casserole and gravy over all but the ham. Oh, and a nice roll
w/butter. No tatties, no pie, no cramberry sauce, no sweet potato casserole.

I take two 99 mg capsules of potassium with my nighttime medicine ... along
with the glucosamine and the statin pill. Between the supplement and using a
salt blend that is 50% KCl I have headed off the cramps caused by low
potassium.
