No.  The avocado gloop goes milky.  I didn't like it much; too sweet.

Give it a try.  If you don't have a lemon, a lime will do.
I suppose you know how to take the stone out?  Split the fruit
longitudinally, twist to separate the halves, then chop the knife into
the stone, rotate and lift.  Then you can get the lemon juice and eat.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: PRAWN AND AVOCADO KORMA
 Categories: Seafood, Indian, India-s, Curry
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      3 lg Avocados
    500 g  Fish- prawns
      1    Onions
      3    Chillies- green
           ;to 4
    1/2 tb Ginger- green
           ;minced
    1/2 tb Garlic cloves
           ;minced
    1/2 c  Herb- coriander, fresh
      1 ts Spice- garam masala
      1 ts Spice- cumin seeds
      1 ts Spice- coriander seeds
           Juice- lemon
      2 tb Milk- yoghurt
      2 tb Coconut milk
      1 tb Butter- ghee
           Salt
 
  Wash and de-vein the prawns. Chop the onions, chillies and coriander
  seeds finely.
  
  Heat the ghee and fry the onions, chillies, ginger and garlic. Add
  garam masala, cumin, coriander and salt and fry for a couple of
  minutes. Add prawns and yoghurt and cook for another 5 minutes.
  Lastly add the coconut milk and mix through.
  
  Cut avocados in half, remove stone, sprinkle with lemon juice and
  scoop out flesh. Reserve avocado shells and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  
  Add avocado flesh to prawn korma mixture and mix through. Spoon
  avocado and prawn korma mixture into the shells and bake in a
  moderate oven till heated through.
  
  Serve garnished with chopped fresh coriander.
