Ours was nice, no cooking, just a day
long grazing. We did go down to my studio
for about 4 hours to meet Anne's sister
her hubby and his mom. She wanted to see
my art and my art space so we had a fine
time chatting down there.

It is reputed to be some of the best
water around, and I've never tasted

my list seems to grow regardless of how

I had my A1C done earlier this week, and 
the result was pretty good 6.3 up 
0.1 from last time, but my fasting 
numbers are still running higher than
I want. I'm trying to get more exercise
in and looking at other options as well.
