I'm not sure what triggers mine; I think stress (or the relief that the
stress is over) does to some extent but I never noticed any food
correlations. Of course I never tried the red wine/dark chocolate
combination but from what I've read, both of them are potential triggers
to those sensitive. Usually Steve will get an aura about a day after
he's had some corn--that'll warn him to back off whatever he's doing and
take a nap or something. That'll knock it right out. I don't get the
aura; I just have a headache that'll all of a sudden turn and slam me
with unbelieveable pain. If I can get meds into me fast enough after
it's turned, it'll usually last about 6-8 hours, most of it semi
sleeping it off in a dark room.

Welcome to spam-a-lot. (G) Sounds like you need some tweaking of your
settings. As for what they hope to accomplish, most of the time they
hope to sucker you into opening it so they can mine data. Delete it
before opening and they won't get anything except indigestion from their
spam. Speaking of, I saw spam musubi is on the menu at L&L but haven't
ordered it. Might try their bbq beef next time, or go back to my
favorite, the kalua pork with cabbage.

Somewhat, but not entirely diabetic, I'd say. The agave syrup is the
killer; I'd probably try a mix of that and stevia.
