Well, it's sort-of easily available if you are a farmer. Or if you are willing
to risk an arse full of rock salt or bird shot (or worse) to swipe a supply
from John Q. Farmer.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Betty Crocker's Chicken Piccata 
 Categories: Poultry, Citrus, Wine, Breads
      Yield: 6 servings

      6    (6 oz ea) chicken breast
           - halves; boned, skinned
      1 lg Egg; slightly beaten
      1 tb Water
    1/2 c  Progresso dry bread crumbs
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/8 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 c  All-purpose flour
      2 tb Butter
      2 tb Oil
      2 tb Lemon juice
      2 tb Dry white wine
           Chopped fresh parsley
           Lemon wedges

  Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness between plastic wrap or
  waxed paper. Mix egg and water. Mix bread crumbs, salt,
  pepper and garlic powder. Coat chicken with flour. Dip
  into egg mixture; coat with bread crumb mixture.

  Heat butter and oil in 12" skillet over medium heat. Cook
  chicken in butter mixture 8 to 10 minutes, turning once,
  until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest
  pieces are cut. Remove chicken from skillet using tongs;
  keep warm.

  Stir lemon juice and wine into drippings in skillet. Heat
  to boiling; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with chopped fresh
  parsley, and serve with lemon wedges if desired.

  Makes 6 servings
