Not there. Nothing healthy on the menu, nothing Greek either.

Did you know that although the Greeks eat lots of salads, the
construction we call Greek salad is an American invention?

Yep. It made a ton of money in the States, was instantly popular in
Canada the first day and KFC is in Australia. Sooner or later it
will appear there.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Jellied Sweet Azuki Bean Squares
 Categories: Japanese, Beans, Jello
      Yield: 64 servings

      3 oz Whole red azuki beans
      8 oz Sugar
           Agar-agar strips, 1.5 inch in
    Diameter when squeezed and 4
           Inches In length

  Put beans and 1 pint water in a pot and bring to boil.  Lower heat
  and simmer uncovered for 2 minutes.  Turn off heat and leave for 1
  hour. Boil beans again, place lid on but not fully, and simmer on
  a low heat for 1 hour.

  Cut the agar-agar into 0.5 inch strips.  Place in a pot and add 16
  fl oz cold water and soak for half an hour.  Then bring to simmer
  over a medium heat.  Cover, and on a low heat simmer for 5 to 8
  minutes or until the agar has all melted.  Turn off heat. Leave
  covered.

  When beans are cooked, measure the beans and water.  Both should
  be around 16 fl oz.  Add more hot water to make up any difference.
  Blend beans and water to a paste. Add sugar, blend again. Pour
  back into saucepan and bring to simmer, cover and cook for 10
  minutes on a low heat.

  Check to see that the agar solution is still hot - if it is not,
  heat it up again.  Pour the agar solution into the bean paste, and
  stir. Bring to simmer, turn heat to low and stir for another 15
  minutes or until the mixture is like a thick custard.

  Pour the mixture through a strainer into a 8 inch square cake tin
  and cool. When set, cut into 1 inch squares.
