True dat. We also have a lot of Chinese Buffets, several Chinese and Southeast
Asian (Vietnamese, Thai, Laotian) sit downs. The best (for my money) Chinese
sit-down is run by a Korean couple and there is a Korean Presbyterian Church
with a fairly substantial congregation and no Korean cuisine restaurants --- 
there are more Indians named Patel running low end motels than there are
Chinese --- and only one Indian restaurant. Lots of Middle Eastern types
running car lots, convenience stores, etc. -- but no restaurants dedicated to
Persian, Turkish, etc. food. There was one of the C-stores which had a
notification "Halal Food" on its signage when it first opened. But, that got
covered over right smartly.

When I lived in sunny Southern California I preferred the Del Taco and Taco
Tico fast-Mex places to Taco Bell. I am not familiar with the Crazy Chicken
places other than the name as I have never been in range of one that I know of.

It's under consideration. But, y'know huevos con chorizo is just so easy and
quick and tasty .....

Right now I have the big crockpot full of the meat off of two chicken leg
quarters, two medium onions - one of which I did through the Vidalia Onion
Chopper and the other put in the pot whole (but peeled) and the whole onion
bunged into a container with the skin from the quarters and a bit of the broth
and pureed with the Cajun Boat Motor (stick blender) then added back to the
pot. Before I leave for work I will add a couple of red potatoes that have been
peeled and diced and a cup or so (big handful) of shredded carrot and put the
thing on low. I'll have to cook the noodles separately as A: I'm out of room in
the crockpot and B: it's easier to freeze the leftovers without the noodles.

Here's one that has made it to the kitchen side --

      Title: Huevos Loma Vista
 Categories: Fruits, Eggs, Beans, Salsa
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 lg Haas Avocados
      1 tb Lemon juice
     16 oz Can refried beans
      4 lg Eggs; fresh
    1/2 c  Salsa
      2 c  Lettuce; shredded
 
  Peel, pit and halve the avocados. Sprinkle with lemon juice
  to keep from browning. Heat refried beans until very hot.
  Poach eggs until desired consistency. (Soft boiled AKA 3 
  minute eggs taken from the shell carefully work well, too
  - UDD)
  
  In the center of each serving plate, place 1/4 of the refried
  beans. Place the avocado, cut side up on the beans. Place the
  poached egg in the avocado. Top with a spoonful of salsa.
  Sprinkle lettuce around the beans and avocados.
  
  Makes 4 servings.
