Oh grrr.  I shall have to contact the author.

I did notie if I quoted someting from someone else, and changed the name it did
that.  hrumm.

Heheh thanks!  I took the last of a chicken (that pesky breast meat) and made
some chicken salad being sure Charlotte would hate it but she liked it!

About 2 cups minced up cooked chicken from a rostisserie bird, mayo to make it
moist to my liking, then chopped fine some raw horseradish.  Kid not only liked
it, she wants me to make it again.  Grin, what the heck I was out of onions so
tried something new.  She tossed it in a burrito wrap and called it excellent.

Right now Chez Shenk's has a dehydrator of venison marinaded 12 hours in soy
and worstershire.  Nothing else added.  I didnt chop it all that neatly but it
works.  Some was cross cut and some along the muscle.
