-> Hope she escaped the nasty weather we've had today--snow, sleet,

She made it home on Friday, and immediately
went out to the pharmacy and grocery shopping
which totally wore her out...but she's 
very happy to be back in her own bed!
Anne came home from School on Thursday 
night with the flu. She's been home 
ever since and even with a flu shot
and Tamiflu prescription she's having
a nasty time of it. She'll for sure
stay home on Monday and probably 
Tuesday as well.

-> We had dental appointments in early December, one less thing to worry
-> about in the transition time.

-> I understand. I did get a baby blanket made over the last couple of
-> days. Still have a lot of both machine & hand sewing to do to get caught
-> up. Mostly it's going by the wayside as I work on other projects--and
-> fix/clean up after meals.

-> Yes, and I did some creative cooking to make the food dollars go
-> further. Had to use our sourdough starter one day & we were well stocked
-> on bread. Decided to make a pizza crust with it, turned out to be quite
-> good so I did it other times just because.

I love sourdough, we used to 
make our own, but since we now
use so little bread the starter
would be useless.
