It might be worth checking to see if there has been any improvement
lately... it's the sort of thing that is getting a lot more support all
around, and I know that there is some initiatives state-wide that might
be available even in Delaware co.

Perhaps replace the cordless with one of the newer multiple handset
types of cordless?  Then they could have the central phone be the main
station, and have one each of the extra handsets by their chairs in the
living room...  :)

Yeah, Walmart probably doesn't have enough ride-em carts available to
meet the demand...

One would have to work on the idea that services would in the long run
provide greater independence, and keep them from having to depend even
more on others...
