That IS awful... that's when they use those nasty sponge swabs dipped
in water, swipe it around the inside of your mouth and tell you not to
swallow... I looked at those for someone else's hospitalization, turns
out that along with the artificial flavor they have saccharine, which,
as I'm allergic to that, means that they can't even use those with me
should I be in a similar situation...

Looks like something you'd see served at some ladies' function brunch,
to be sure...  I trust that the chicken breasts would be chopped down
into at least bite-size chunks....  I'd probably see it on the buffet
table and say "how pretty" (if it had at least been laid out nicely)
and then give it a pass...  :)  Unless it had been made by my very best
friend, and then I'd take a "no-thank-you" portion...  ;)
