Atlanta wasn't all that bad when I did that one.  The DC and Baltimore
Beltways are already on the list, and I wasn't particularly enamored of
the Eastern Shore shore traffic either (I went to my nephew's wedding at
Ocean City MD)... AAA routed me off to the west to avoid DC at one time,
I imagine that would still be viable...  When going to Annapolis, I used
to do the Bay Bridge or one of the Tunnels, but now I just take I83 into
center city (it runs along the edge of the Beltway for an exit's worth
and you don't even leave the lane), and then a little inner city driving
to get to the other expressway that takes me down to where I'm heading,
whether Severna Park or Annapolis proper...
