And the route feels familiar... so even though long, it isn't so
dragged-out as when one doesn't really know what's next...

I've driven by that many a time... pretty much at the top of that
mountain...  ;)

Something I've come across that can work like a charm, is dry-needle
trigger point injections...  nothing is actually injected, but the
needle goes in and helps to break up the pain collection... it's
somewhat related to acupuncture, but not quite the same thing. One of
MJ's regular doctors (a physiologist) was doing it for her, for lower
spinal pain.

Makes sense... :)  Besides, the open ones would just go stale sooner, if
not used up first...  :)
