We raised our two somewhat different from how we were raised but not
totally. Biggest difference was in the eclectic cooking & eating, also
use of whole grains in our cooking. We also moved around a lot; Steve &
I both went to one school system for K-12. Rachel went to 8 different
schools, 6 for Deborah.

Steve is a big encourager to try new things as well. Sometimes we try to
cook the new thing ourselves, other times we'll try a new restaurant or
a new dish at a place we've been to a number of times.
