Not quite.  The original statute says that if your family isn't big enough 
to consume the entire lamb in one night, you can split one with a neighbor 
or neighbors. That paves the way for only using a piece, I'd think.

Yep.  Get a Reform, a Conservative, an Orthodox, some Sephardic and Persian
