It was good company, yes and good food.

But they taste so good! I got some sausage at the farmer's market last
week; it did taste good on a biscuit. (G)

Steam Valley Inn? Not extraordinary food but good plain fare, and
filling. Also red beet eggs on the salad bar.

I don't think I would have ice cream for breakfast either. Too many
carbs, too early in the morning. If I don't know what my other meals
will be, I try to go light on breakfast carbs so I can "afford" a heavy
carb meal later. I can't have 3 heavy carb meals in a day, didn't like
to even before I was told I was diabetic.
