Hehe i have a chart,  Just not sure i tagged the right ones.  The C set afect
the arm and feeling in the right arm.  The L set (or lower T set) hit the right
leg with sciatica and tingles in the bottom of the foot.

Up stairs, not a problem.  Down them with a spinal jar, can be very unplesant
indeed.

Smart choice there.  I lucked up with a big pain tolerance level and use no
meds at all except when I abosolutely have to.  That is about 6 weeks of a year
but they prescribe tramadol daily for me but I use it only when I need it.

Grin, try activia and P-col (stool softener) for controlling the undesireable
effects of the Tramadol and muscle relaxants (Robaxin for me).

Thats exactly how it works.  It takes 6 weeks on average foran incident to calm
down here.  The first 3 are pretty rough then it eases up.

Smile, I wish it were muscular but no, it is spinal.  It always has been.  I
have made fairly significant life changes and can work it.

Same here on how it goes.  I just can not drive that far and the cost for a
rental was too high. Maybe next time if you still live south of me, we can
carpool (sharing driving and i add my shareof the gas mony of course).
