And I suspect that's why a number of places have gone belly up. There's
one place here in WF that's on its 4th or 5th reincarnation, just since
we've been here.Right now it's Granny's Pizza but it's been a couple of
Asian eateries, a grill (never went in so presume just burgers and
such), I think a sushi place and don't know what all else.

They co-exsist here in NC with no apparant problems.

I'm not sure how much prep is done in advance; they bring the food out
rather fast. But, if they have to do a special order, it'll be really
fresh cooked. (G)

I've done it when we used to go to McD's and I'd order their fish, with
no cheese.

We've had a couple of bad experiences in the last few years, one so bad
that there were at least 7 problems/issues with the place. We've not
gone back there, or any of the other locations of that chain. they said
we'd get a free meal if we ever came back to that location but with so
many other choices in the area, it wasn't worth pursuing. It's not local
but they do have a place in Raleigh.

That's what we thought last year, but the timing just didn't work out
for this year either. Maybe next year.

Or some off the beaten track place we happpened to stumble on.

No surprise on high prices. I'd just heard it hyped so much that I was
curious. I doubt we'll ever get there but we never know.

Overall they are but I don't want to overdo on the fat either. That's
why I think a mix of panko and macadamias would be a good coating.
