I didn't know that. I see all the stuff I listed in my locals. But I don't
recall anything under the B&G branding. Do you know if they make a dill relish.
I used to get both Heinz and Heifetz dill relish ... but, it has gotten very
hard to find in today's sweet-obsessed marketplace.

I assume you are talking of your local Asian market(s). The ones around here
are similar - their stocking scheme may make sense to them. but, certainly does
not to this round-eye. Sometimes they will hang a label on stuff in "Engrish"
which is a help, especially if the picture is for branding only and not an
indication of contents.

Even without the freight. I've done the Aztec Quick Step often enough that I
don't wish to try the Taiwan Trots.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Taiwanese Red-Cooked Pork Trotter
 Categories: Oriental, Pork, Vegetables, Sauces, Wine
      Yield: 2 servings

      1    Pig's trotter
      8 cl Garlic
      3 tb Soy sauce

MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE-------------------------------
      1 tb Cooking wine
      3 tb Soy sauce
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 tb Sugar
        pn White pepper
      3 c  Water
      2    Star anise

  Have the butcher chop the trotter into pieces.

  Rinse well and blanch in boiling water, remove and rinse
  under cold water. Discard water. Marinate with soy sauce
  for 30 minutes. 

  Deep-fry in smoking oil for about 3 - 5 minutes until
  brown. Remove and rinse under cold water to cool off. Heat
  2 tablespoons cooking oil until smoking, stir-fry garlic
  until fragrant. 

  Return pig's trotter and season with sauce to taste. Bring
  to a boil, then reduce heat to low; simmer for 1 hour or
  until pig's trotter is very tender and sauce is reduced
  and thickened.

  Remove and discard garlic and star anise. Serve.
