When I left for the Pond, my station was just getting started on theirs.
They managed to meet their goal early, and were done before I headed
home... ;)  I was rather nicely surprised that the NCPR station wasn't
also busy begging...  :)

We have some talented young people around, led by some very innovative
adults, also pretty talented..  :)   Also that station has been around
for a while now, with, I think, reasonably consistent adult mentors. 

The Youth Orchestras in the area also rival (or even surpass) many adult
ones, and the high school theater productions are likewise usually more
professional than one would expect...  Of course, the area is a hotbed
of the arts, of all styles and genres... :)

That would be a noble presentation for a church supper... :)  Probably
too delicate for a bake sale..  :)
