It does do something to make the lactose easier for Steve to digest tho.
He's consuming larger quantities of it than I am, without the ill
effects cow's milk usually gives him.

OTOH, I was just going on my own, no checking of outside sources.

I remember reading about that; it's one of the factors that allowed him

No, I've learned to cook but will never be a professional chef or a Food
Network star (G); I can sew/design but never on the caliber of somebody
like Edith Head or Bob Mackie. I can write but not a best seller like
Tom Clancy or J.K. Rawlings--yet all in all, I'm happier in my life
style than if I were a rich & famous chef, designer or author.

But how many of them are for a small percentage of the overall
population? How many people have dozens of convictions vs how many have
just one?
