Before misses Fords, right after is kinda tight (I'm home for only about
a week before turning around and going to the Pond for the annual BPA
meeting) but possible...  September looks fine.

I'll try to keep it in mind.  Mostly I'm just ingesting chocolate, not
cooking with it... ;)

I'm not really surprised... it's on a locality basis though, not a
country-wide...  In this locality, not everybody has caught on, but it's
more and more encouraged by most establishments to use reusables, and
they gladly sell their canvas and recycled plastic bags to promote their
store and encourage reuse..

Pretty much so.  It's been around for quite a while now, and a lot of
early glitches were taken care of...  I can't use them with impunity, as
apple is one of the things that they FGA, but I don't... ;)  One still
has to read labels, but that is a given for me anyway.  At least the
line doesn't cater to the unnecessary reductions of salt and fat, just
doesn't add unnecessary salt and fat to the product.  :)

It can be such a slippery concept, true... And we are getting record, or
near-record high temps, too... with spring breezes expected in a few
days again...  ;)

All the same, if one is heating up a griddle anyway, why not use regular
bacon and saute it first, then use the bacon fat to brown the
sandwiches.  Yeah, I know, defying current dietary wisdom... ;)
