-> damage.  The laminate had trouble even before we moved in.  We moved in

Yes, and a kitchen that wasn't meant for serious cooks.  This one is
somewhat better but there's not really much more room, with the island
in the middle.  BTW, we did get a pizza stone, on line. Not quite what
we wanted, would have rather have had the tile but..........

-> Maybe a goofy cat? Steve tried his laser pointer with my parent's cat
-> Sunday night.  I've yet to see a cat that doesn't go for it & Misty was

Some can be pretty goofy on purpose; I've known some of them.

-> Less so; matzoh can be used in other things easier than poi.  Saw a show

I've had worse to eat.

-> Yes, it definately re-arrainged plans.  Got home last night about 10:30.
-> On the way home, we called to check on Mom.  She'd not eaten much of the
-> hospital food (can't say as I blame her) over the first week she was in.

 RH> Definitely can't blame her; I've tried it too.

I've had more than my share of it.  The one I absolutly couldn't eat
was the roll-mops in Berlin.


-> Last night she was served stuffed shells; when the cover was taken off
-> the plate, she said "Finally something I like!".  (One of my sisters in
-> law was in the room with her & told us that.)  No problems with speech
-> there (G) but she still has quite a way to go to get it all back.

That's somewhat how its been with Mom.  She's had my name down pretty
well but struggled with others. We know when she refers to one of our
nieces who has 4 kids--she always says "1,2,3,4".

-> Might look into it; I haven't found anything as good as Silk tho.

 RH> I like it better, especially mixed with regular milk.  It doesn't have
 RH> the chalky texture.

I've not really noticed a chalky taste but that could be my taste.
