That's what made this one more interesting - that it was
uncontained.

We have seen this. It was not quite so interesting though
something to watch in its own way.

The Boeing is bigger than the Antonov and has a cargo door in
back that is about the same inner diameter as the fuselage.
I've not been inside the Antonov (have seen it from the outside),
but the impression I have is that it couldn't carry the biggest
787 parts, whereas the Dreamlifter was designed to do just that.

I believe that all 747s can carry a fifth engine.

Both methods have their pluses and minuses, mostly the latter.

TWEED KETTLE
cat: Scot, fish
serves: 6

3 lb best salmon (the tail-end is best)
water
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 pn ground mace
2 Tb chopped chives or shallots
1 c white wine
2 Tb chopped parsley

Put salmon in a kettle (saucepan); cover with water.
Bring to boil, simmer 5 min only.

Remove from water; reserve 1 cup as stock.

Remove skin and bones from salmon. Cut into 2" cubes.
Season with salt, pepper, mace.

Return to saucepan with 1 c reserved water, wine, and chives.
Cover, simmer very slowly for about 25 min.
Add chopped parsley before serving either hot or cold.
