I use a knife, so none.  We had one around for a while that I got at a
craft show, but it's long gone.  We never used it.

Not bad.  That's too far for me to walk these days most of the time, but
for a hubby used to 30-mile hikes with full pack it wouldn't be bad.

True, but sometimes things are off by a smidge because the original
measurements weren't perfect.  Don't ask me why it makes a difference, but
sometimes it does.  I usually eyeball things that aren't baking recipes.

It wouldn't be if I made a lot of European recipes.  Almond paste is pretty
normal.
