I think the initial going thru is probably the hardest, as the memories
are the freshest. It sounds like a lot was accomplished tho.

How many other grandchildren did your MIL have? I've already inherited a
piece my great (great?) grandfather made when he worked for Tiffany's of
NY and know there's at least one more piece of jewelry to come. I don't
want my folk's house or Dad's train collection but might put in a
request for some of Mom's Revere Ware pots/pans. I know 2 siblings own
their own sets of RW, not sure what the other 2 have. AFAIK, one may
just have a microwave; he's not a cook.

We do Skype with Rachel and the kids--Sarah is a little ham! She stands
on Rachel's legs and leans over into the screen. We have to tell her to
back off so we can see more than the top of her head. (G) But, she knows
who Gamma and Gampa are.

I don't have the room to. Besides, we're still seeing ants on the
counter tops--not many but enough that I don't want to keep food out.

Not sure what we'll do for the next Thanksgiving; we were going to go to
Florida last year but ended up going to New York instead.

Yes, going to hit several places in AZ. I'd like to get back to Sierra
Vista/Fort Huachuca to visit folks, see how the area has changed since
we were there in 2006. It would be nice to re-establish connections in
the area.

Enjoy the time with Anne and Amanda. Are you gearing up for spring
training? How's the knee?
