IIRC the article(s) mentioned that each system is different as to set-
up, software and (most especially) accuracy. Since I do not normally use
public mass transport (ride the buses) and since here in the Great 
American Outback using such is painful if you really need to go 
somewhere and return in a reasonable time ... and since I do not expect 
the bureaucraps in charge of the SMTD to move into the 21st century 
except at gun or bayonet point ....

I am a captive of the individual freedom brigade and a proud member of 
the car culture. I am, however, beginning to look around for something 
that will get better gas mileage than Baron Munchausen. I really likes 
me Mercedes ... but, he gets really shi^H^H^H^crappy mileage.

My only recent experience of airport grub was on my flight out of IAD to
SPI. I found 5 Guys to be *much* better than I had anticipated. While 
the meat puck was cooked doner than I would have done - it was still 
juicy, not chewy, and pretty tasty. All surprises.

My experiences at Fuddpuckers is more ancient. We used to have a stand-
alone Fudd's here. But, it didn't last long enough to run out the lease 
on the building. I wasn't overly impressed. At the prices they charged I
expect to have my order taken by a wait-bot and the grub brought to my
table with alacrity - instead of standing on line to order, hanging 
about whilst the groceries were processed, dressing my own burger and 
then looking around for somewhere to park my arse while I dribbled 
sauce(s) down my shirt front.

I went there twice and never again. As did most of Springfield (the 
never again part) which is why they folded up and the franchisee lost 
his arse with wallet attached.

      Title: Joey's Grilled Hamburger Supreme
 Categories: Beef, Sandwiches, Cajun, Mushrooms
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 lb Ground Round
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts White pepper
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
      3 tb Cajun Power Garlic Sauce
      1 tb Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 ts Black Pepper
      4 tb Italian Bread Crumbs
      1 ts Old Bay Seasoning
      4 oz Can sliced mushrooms
      4 tb Butter
    1/2 ts Onion Powder
 
  Saute mushrooms in 1/2 stick of butter. Mix ground
  beef with spices thoroughly. Fashion into thin patties
  (1/4"); 5 inches in diameter as they will shrink and
  get "thicker" after grilling. Grill until desired
  doneness.

  Garnish with mushrooms, tomatoes, SHARP cheddar cheese
  and lettuce. Serve on an Onion roll.

  Purple onion slices are optional for those who enjoy
  that sweet onion. Hamburgers tend to get a little
  boring but this will change your mind about the
  traditional burger.

  NOTE: This is not a "HOT" burger, so stay with the
  spices. It is a little extra trouble with all the
  ingredients but it is relished by my family. Hope
  yours enjoy it too.
