I try to stay off my feet as much as I can the day after a lot of time
on them but it's not always possible. My foot was hurting into this
morning but it has eased up now. I was given a sample of that gel and a
perscription; it does help. It's not a capsaicin based one so there's no
feeling of hot, and it does take a while to get to work, but it does
help. I always cover the foot with a sock to hold the body heat in after
using it. Any extra gets rubbed on my wrist (and then covered) but it's
not quite as effective there. Maybe because I use my hand/arm too much.

IOW, a lot more into it than I am. I'm on the computer for Fido, e-mail
and school work--had to print off class notes for this week before going
on Fido. Later, I'll type up an outline for my part of a group
presentation and start answering some study questions. Other than that,
it's cut out a diaper bag, read the paper, watch "Jeopardy" with Brad
Rutter, Ken Jennings and Watson, fix supper/clean up from it, gather the
trash for Steve to take out for pick up tomorrow, etc, etc, etc.

Is there any rhyme or reason how who plays who is decided for inter
league? I never could figure it out & it seems the Mets always play the
Yankees.

Guesss they know who's more popular. (G) I think I'd rather go to a ball
game than a U2 concert.
