Generally the button with the horn symbol on it is AKA the "panic 
button" which beeps the horn and flashes the lights until pressed a 
second time. IIRC it also locks all the door locks whilst annoying all 
those in ear-shot into muttering "what idiot set off the car alarm?" 
But, not motivating anyone to call the Keystones or 9-11.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Keystone Game Pie
 Categories: Game, Pastry, Wine, Poultry
      Yield: 6 servings

      2 tb Olive oil
      2 lg Red onions; peeled, diced
    120 g  Field mushrooms; sliced
    120 g  Smoked back bacon; diced
      1 kg Mixed game meat; venison,
           - rabbit, pheasant, pigeon
           - boned and diced
      1 cl Garlic; peeled, crushed
           Zest and juice of 1 orange
     70 ml Port wine
    300 ml Chicken stock
      1 tb Red currant jelly
      4    Turkish bay leaves 
     30 g  Plain flour
           Salt and pepper
    1.2 kg Jus-Rol short-crust pastry
      1 lg Free-range egg; beaten

  EQUIPMENT: Round metal skillet, 33cm diameter

  Heat a tablespoon of oil, brown the game in batches, keep on
  one side.

  Heat the rest of the oil, sweat off the onions until
  starting to soften but not colour. Add the garlic, bacon and
  mushrooms and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

  Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes. Season well and
  stir in the bay leaves, orange juice and zest, red currant
  jelly, stock and port.

  Bring to the boil, add the meat & simmer gently for 1 hour
  or until the meat is tender. Allow to cool.

  Heat the oven to Gas 5/190oC/375oF.

  Flour the inside of the metal skillet - do not grease. Roll
  out pastry base and press into the skillet, leaving an
  overhang of 1cm. Fill with the meat mixture. Roll out pastry
  lid & attach to the base using an egg wash. Press down edges
  with the end of a spoon. Cut a steam hole in the centre.
  Glaze with beaten egg.

  Bake for 30 minutes on bottom shelf, followed by 30 minutes
  on top shelf, until the pastry is golden and the filling
  over 75oC/165oF.

  Cut a generous wedge and serve with creamy mash, steamed
  savoy cabbage and red onion gravy.
